Peach Cheesecake

Made cheesecake for my ex-colleagues cuz Im paying them a visit tml (:
At the same time, I made one for Ed & his fam too!

This time round, I tried making a new flavor-PEACH! instead of my usual Oreo ones.
Recipe is from Lhc! Oh & its alot easier than the Oreo one! Same thing, will share if I can. haha

Ran out of ingredients after the first tray so I drove out to get more.
Thats when I realized I bought the wrong size for the canned peaches! Shld be the bigger one =/
Result: 2nd tray looks so much nicer in appearance. HAHA

Oh well... Ed's the better one of course!





Yes, these are all you need. Biscuits, cheese, nestle cream, gelatin & peach!





I hate this part the most whenever I have to make a cheesecake.
The crushing of biscuits... Wld be perfect if they sell crushed biscuits isnt it?



My arm muscle nvr fails to ache after this. HAHA

Sorry lah this one think too little peach syrup & abit overdose of gelatin. HAHA
