We cant teach you what is the right attitude to have, it depends on the environment & yourself.
If you mix w ppl that have the positive attitudes, you will get influenced & have positive attitude too.
If you mix w ppl that have nth but negative attitudes, you will start having negative attitude too.

So, choose your company wisely.

F1 training from 9am-6pm.
I seriously duno how I survived that w only less than 3 hrs of slp last night.
Plus, it felt like Im back to school attending lesson cuz the environment is in a classroom.

However, this training workshop taught me hell loads.
Not only do we learnt about customer services, we also learnt about life.
